How to read this site
These terms cover the use of the Superior Healthcare International website. They were written on 6 October 2026. The office that answers is in Faisalabad.
What the site is
The site describes products SHI distributes. The lead range is the Medi Sense kidney dialysis kit made by Chengdu OCI Medical Devices Co., Ltd.: the hollow fiber dialyzer, the fistula needle sets, and the blood tubing set. The wider Medi Sense list is quoted from the same office.
The figures on a product page are taken from that product’s label. The instruction for use, including the warnings, is the instruction on the label that travels with the device. The site is a buyer’s guide. It is not a treatment instruction.
A label price and a quotation
The dialyzer label prints an M.R.P. of Rs. 500. The tubing label prints an M.R.P. of Rs. 1000. Those figures are the prices printed on the labels. They are not an offer. A quotation is the reply the Faisalabad office prepares for the product, the size, and the quantity you name. Stock is confirmed in that reply.
Supply follows when the office has confirmed stock and you have accepted that quotation. A picture of a lot number or an expiry date on sample artwork belongs to that artwork. It does not fix the lot the office will supply.
The devices
Each device in the dialysis kit is sterile and single use. The dialyzer is for use only with a dialysis machine that controls ultrafiltration, and it is not to be resterilised. The blood tubing set is for hemodialysis. The label keeps it off a heart-lung machine and off the infusion of a liposoluble liquid or medicine. Storage conditions are the ones printed on each label, including dry storage between 0°C and 40°C.

A link to another company’s name on a label, including the manufacturer and the EU representative, names that party for identification. It does not make that party the office that quotes your order. The quoting office is SHI in Faisalabad.
